Nº175 Design is a small company specialising in custom architecturally designed fit outs, bespoke features and custom finishes. Services cover design (from both concept and design development phase), manufacture and installation of architectural pieces including flooring, wall treatments, furniture, lighting, facades, shop fronts, doors and windows, stairs, balustrades, and decorative elements. Key projects include high-end residences such as 1 Wingadel Place (Point Piper) and ‘Whalewatchers’’ on Wategos’ House at Wategos Beach (Byron Bay) as well as hospitality projects including original fitout of Hotel 1888 (Pyrmont) and Kensington Street Social (Chippendale).*
Simon is a design and manufacturing specialist with over 20 years’ experience across the built environment, industrial design, film and advertising sectors. He has end-to-end experience in the conceptualisation, design development, manufacture and installation of specialist elements to suit bespoke and highly specific briefs. With excellent technical communication skills, Simon has worked closely with professional architects, interior designers, product designers, art department heads, advertising campaign managers, builders and project managers. Simon solves problems and devises solutions for difficult briefs, offering a highly unique and valuable skill-set.
